Whiteface Lodge is Now 'Exclusively Yours' For Meetings

Whiteface Lodge, the Forbes Four Star all-suite resort tucked away in the High Peaks, invites planners to make the lodge exclusively theirs with its “Exclusively Yours” meeting package.

A unique and welcome change of scenery for business retreats, the Lodge's “Exclusively Yours” package provides complimentary access to a variety of meeting spaces, including the Indian Falls Room with uninterrupted break-out space and the Trailside Theater with state-of-the-art surround sound equipment. Accommodating up to 140 guests, planners will gain access to a combination of graciously appointed one, two and three bedroom suites, boasting full kitchens, washer/dryers, balconies, private king or queen bedrooms, jetted tubs and cast-iron fireplaces. Guests will be welcomed with VIP amenities, a dedicated event manager and coordinator, and a full-service concierge. Meeting planners will receive one complimentary spa service at the award-winning Spa at Whiteface Lodge, and meeting participants will receive 15 percent off on all treatments. A four-season destination offering an environment that inspires creativity, the Lodge also provides access to a variety of unusual meeting break and team building options. Never mind a coffee break mid-meeting, instead participants can get up close and personal with wolves, birds of prey and other animals that call the Adirondacks home. If animal encounters aren't their thing, groups can break away from the boardroom for the unique opportunity to speed down the new combined sliding track at the Olympic Sports Complex, race slalom gates at Whiteface Mountain where Phil Mahre won Olympic silver, skate laps around the Olympic Speed Skating Oval – the site of Eric Heiden's five gold medals – or shoot pucks and skate on the 1980 “Miracle on Ice” hockey rink and more.
