Wine Lovers Weekend in Ticino at Hotel Eden Roc
On May 24-25, 2014, Ticino’s wine-growing estates will be opening their private cellars for tastings and talks with the wine producers themselves. Hotel Eden Roc’s Sommelier, Giovanni Ferraris, will be on hand to provide expertise, as well as delicious nibbles from Executive Chef, Salvatore Frequente. The weekend will take the following form:

• Dinner by Salvatore Frequente including regional specialities and local wines at the lakeshore restaurant La Casetta
• Visits to wineries Cantina Pian Marnino in Gudo, the Cantina Pizzorin in Sementina and the Cantina Tenimento dell’Ör in Arzo
• A three-course lunch with wine at the Agriturismo L‘Amorosa in Gudo
• Dinner at Restaurant La Brezza
