Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa is offering a Kundalini yoga weekend from March 23 to 25, 2012 which includes lodging, meditation, yoga and a special spa treatment pricing for participants. (Photo above is of yoga in the summertime)

This upstate New York yoga retreat lodging package costs $225 per person, per day in a double-occupancy Classic Noonmark Room. The package also includes four Kundalini sessions and a special spa rate of $85 for a Classic Facial or Swedish Massage at the Lake Placid spa on Friday or Sunday.

Yoga trainers Ana Brett and Ravi Singh, authors of 22 fitness DVDs and trainers of Olympians and celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Sting and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, will lead guests through this dynamic, core-strengthening style of yoga.

This class features in-depth techniques for detoxifying the body as well as the mind. Through breathing, movement and meditation the class is aimed to remove the body's accumulated toxins for greater health and wellness.
