Yogi Book Retreat at Nantucket's Westmoor Club

Yogi Book Retreat at Nantucket's Westmoor Club
As a precursor to the popular Nantucket Yoga Festival taking place this July, Do Your Om Thing will host a two hour retreat that kicks off at 8 a.m. with light yoga. Next up, Pacheco will lead an inspiring talk exploring yoga beyond the mat. The event will also feature thoughtful discussion and all levels of meditation and self-reflection exercises to bring added clarity to participant's next chapters. Post-retreat, Pacheco will be available to sign purchased copies of her latest book. The event, open to the public, is $25 per person and participants are encouraged to pre-register here.
