All the villas have private pools and direct access to the sea and spectacular 'Priest's Cave' where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. Deep Blue Villa (4 Bedrooms) Deep Blue is 250 sqm, Zakynthian style 4 bedroom villa with private pool and hydro massage area and direct access to the sea and impressive Priest's caves. Offers privacy, breathtaking sea views, comfortable accommodation and facilities for 8 up to 9 persons.

The main villa has 3 bedrooms and is splitting on three levels. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Lower floor: overlooking the sea living room with fireplace and exit to 80sqm covered veranda with dining table for 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen including gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs: one double bedroom (40 sqm) and a twin bedroom (35 sqm) both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces with sea view. The Guesthouse: it's an independent part of Deep Blue Villa, 50 sqm air-conditioned studio with his own privacy and beautiful sea view to Kefalonia Island and pool.

Crystal and Purple Villas (3 Bedrooms each) Crystal and Purple villas are two identical, newly built 3 bedrooms villas with private pools and hydro massage spots, comfortable for 6-8 persons each. On the ground level are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-dining room and kitchen. On the top level are one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large covered veranda with amazing panoramic sea view.

Palace Villa (5 Bedrooms) Villa Palace its 250 sqm house with 5 bedrooms, private pool and big hydro-massage area. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, big sitting and dining room, toilet, and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The top floor: four bedrooms with four bathrooms and large covered veranda where you may enjoy an amazing sea view.

Blue Caves Villas are by the seaside -- the beach is only 70 metres away down a stone path. There is direct access to the legendary and impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea. There you can swim in the crystal water and see the caves which are famous for their bright blue color. The sea area is good for fishing with a big variety of Mediterranean fish.

Use of a speedboat can be arranged, at extra cost, as well as water sports activities, fishing trips and boat excursions.

GETTING THERE

Domestic flights are available between Zakynthos airport and Athens, served by the national airline Olympic Airlines, there are usually two flights a day. The journey time to Athens is approximately 1 hour. During the holiday (high) season (May-October) almost all international flights are chartered flights from European cities. A rental car is recommended.

Blue Caves Villas are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island, 30km from the main town and 2.5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which is the only port, has ferries to Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat).
