Built on a peninsula of land giving way to 50 foot ocean bluffs, the house commands a panoramic vista encompassing 180 degrees of horizon. Each of the eight full suites is carefully sited to embrace the breathtaking views in a unique and private way. The 20,000 square foot villa provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, with the two grand indoor living rooms opening via 14-foot-high operable window walls to outdoor lounges complete with fireplace and two full bars. The grand dining area, with a custom-made Brazilian hardwood dining table for 20, is the focal point of the house design. It floats at the center of the buildings, on a plinth of limestone with continuous walls of windows opening to a full 270 degrees of ocean, sky and gardens. Absolutely no expense was spared in sourcing the most elegant construction materials. The entire house is constructed of the whitest Coralina, a limestone native to the Dominican Republic, with a texture that is alive with fossilized sea fans and intricate coral formations. Every ceiling is clad in Capirona, a dense Brazilian hardwood, oiled to a luxurious sheen. Screens artfully constructed of overlapping Coralina slabs provide shade and privacy to upper floor shower areas, allowing the sublime experience of bathing to views of pool and ocean. The dramatic centerpiece of the house is the 156 foot, infinity edge pool that creates a seamless blend between the property and the vast expanse of ocean and sky. The pool extends straight out towards the cliff, broken only by a wooden sunbathing dock. The infinity edges hide a succession of terraces leading down the cliff. The uppermost terrace accommodates a 20 person Jacuzzi; the lower terraces provide ever more intimate places to experience the sensations of the ocean's raw beauty, as waves crash into the rocks below. Follow a cliff-side path to a picturesque, deserted beach. At night, swim to luminescent lighting or lie on the roof deck to a night sky so bright, the Milky Way can be seen as a hazy band of white light arching across the heavens.

Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) near the capital city Santo Domingo and Santiago (STI), although a bit further away, are also both viable options. There are regular daily direct flights from Miami and New York. The villa concierge organizes an air conditioned taxi van for all arrivals and departures of their guests. Each van holds 6 persons with luggage and is equipped with refreshments for your journey. Villa Manager and Concierge, Monica, is your hospitality expert.
