"SAPORI del Lord Byron", a world-reputed gourmet restaurant, famous for its haute cuisine and delicious Italian specialties, is a romantic place ideal for any special occasion. The restaurant is known for its meticulous service completed by the presence of a professional sommelier. Open for lunch and dinner.

The Wine Cellar is stocked with a wide assortment of wines ranging from those produced in some of the most famous Italian and foreign wine regions as well as those of small local wine producers, thereby making the most of the "SAPORI del Lord Byron" restaurant and its esteemed cuisine. Winner of the "Award of Excellence" granted by Wine Spectator magazine in 2007.

"Il Salotto" Lounge & Wine Bar offers a clubroom atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely chat, business meeting or simply a drink. The lounge is decorated with magnificent paintings by Northern-European artists which depict the faces of various famous women, creating a truly unique atmosphere.

The Hotel Lord Byron's heritage as a private townhouse estate perfectly fits the context of the Parioli district, one of Rome's most exclusive areas. The neighborhood boasts the highest concentration of foreign embassies, multinational corporations, banks and other top professional offices. Equally known for its wealth of fine art and greenery, the surrounding area of the Lord Byron makes for a wonderful daytime walking or bicycle excursions.

The Parioli district hosts the spectacular Borghese Gardens, which opened to the public on July 12, 1903 after much legal dispute.
