Each room incorporates modern conveniences, yet each retains the cosy atmosphere that is conveyed throughout the house. For guests wishing the freedom of a self-catering holiday, there are six beautifully decorated traditional cottages on Kinnaird Estate. These range in size from two to four bedrooms and offer visitors the privacy and seclusion of their own four walls, coupled with all the advantages the estate offers. Each cottage is beautifully furnished and offers many thoughful extras such as a barbecue, outdoor furniture, payphone, fridge freezers, microwave, washing machine, dryer and electric heating. DINING The Chef uses his vast experience to create imaginatively and beautifully presented seasonal menus, using the finest local produce whenever possible. Our cuisine has already won critical acclaim from national and international food critics alike. Menus are composed of elements drawn from a variety of sources and this trancends to interesting and individually created dishes. Using the finest produce at its freshest, results in positive flavours to combine together in the dishes. The ingredients retain their flavors and also their vibrant colors and preparation is kept simple and uncontrived. Each individual flavor is drawn out within a dish, then they are interestingly combined in simple and uncomplicated ways, therefore leaving the main element to stand up within itself in the group.
