5 STAR LUXURY RESORT • 349 ROOMS & SUITES The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas is a Mediterranean-inspired hotel located on the shores of a pristine, man-made lake, with 10 miles of quiet, desert shoreline. The hotel offers personalized service, sunset views, and daily activity programs, attracting families and couples from around the world. Old-world charm pervades Italian gardens, ornate bridges, vine-covered balconies, waterside promenades, and romantic trellises. Guests at the Ritz-Carlton enjoy a 36-hole championship golf courses and an outdoor swimming pool with a view of Lake Las Vegas. At the lake, guests may try water sports such as canoeing, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and boating (fees charged). Indoors, the hotel offers a 40,000-square-foot casino with slots, video poker, and table games. The Lake Las Vegas Resort complex offers complimentary open-air water taxi service from the hotel dock to the Reflection Bay country club and to the Hyatt Regency, where guests can explore additional restaurants and shops. DINING Medici Café and Terrace - Flower-filled restaurant with upholstered chairs and European botanical and Italian Renaissance artwork. Romantic indoor tables and patio for alfresco dining in the hotel gardens. Menu features Mediterranean cuisine, including poached eggs, Dungeness crab, and a variety of chef’s specialties.
