Guest cabins are less than 3 minutes walk to the bar, dining area, and adjoining conference facility of the saloon, the hot springs at the source and bath house, massage and yoga rooms in the Pony Express Stop, the banks of the West Fork of the Dolores river, the waterfall, Boxing Gym and the library. Wireless broadband Internet, video-conferencing, and digital image production are available.

Dunton Hot Springs lies 30 miles southeast of Telluride and is open all year for individual and group bookings. Rates start at $300 per person per night and the entire town can be rented exclusively for as many as 42 people. All meals, unlimited use of the library, boxing gym, yoga studio, screening room, and hot springs are included. Transportation to a plethora of magical places as well as our local airports can be arranged for an additional charge.

Dunton's chef has painstakingly established local sources for organic foods he lovingly prepares. Organic lamb from meadows that spawn fields of Boletus and Chanterelles, tree-ripe fruit and plump vegetables as well as big complex wines from our companion farm and vineyard. Our wine list is replete with first growth Bordeaux, California masterpieces, super Tuscans and lusty Aussie favorites.

EXPLORE

Dunton Hot Springs provides an excellent base for exploring the Four Corners region with archaeological sites of the American Southwest. Dunton's proximity to Telluride offers access to world-class alpine skiing. In the lower altitudes of the red rock deserts to the south, visitors have access to many of the great Anasazi archaeological sites of the American Southwest. Dunton is also well within driving range of Monument Valley, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Hovenweep National Monument, Canyon of the Ancients National Monument, Mesa Verde National Park, the Silverton Skyway, and the narrow gauge railway from Durango to Silverton.

GETTING THERE

Telluride - 2 hours in winter/1 hour in summer; Cortez - 1 hour; and Durango - 2 hours.
