Bi-Level Bungalows - Built between 1920 and 1946, the bungalows are unique in design and truly exemplify the relaxed comfort of Southern California style living, beachside. Our signature Bi-Level Bungalows are located in the beautiful Miramar Gardens. These two level bungalows offer a living room with sofa bed upstairs and a king bedroom located on the lower level. Our quintessential California bungalows are where hollywood glamour meets modern sophistication by the sea.

Bungalow Suites - from 575 to 850 sq. ft. Set in the lush Miramar Gardens, our 32 legendary Bungalows, including 4 Bi-Level Bungalows are quintessentially Southern California. Our dedicated Bungalow Managers are on hand to make your Hollywood Hideaway comfortable and carefree.

Palisades Suites - from 445 - 890 sq. ft. Located in the Historic Palisades Wing, these luxury suites offer the elegance of a European manor with dark woods and crown moldings. All suites offer a large parlor area and separate bedroom. The parlor area has a wet bar, television, and two telephones, perfect for entertaining. All suites have a luxury marble bathroom which has a separate bath and vanity area.

Tower Suite - 485 sq. ft. The Tower Suites are located on the top floor of the ten story Ocean Tower building. Each suite has two furnished balconies where guests can enjoy warm ocean breezes and incredible coastal views. A separate bedroom and parlor area are separated by French doors. Each suite has two televisions, two telephones, full wet bar, BOSE Wave radio/CD player and a pull-out sofa bed. The suite also offers a marble bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Deluxe Ocean View Room - approx. 250 sq. ft. Imagine breathtaking panoramic ocean views and picturesque sunsets while sitting on your own private balcony. Deluxe Ocean View rooms are located on floors four through ten in the 10-story Ocean Tower. These rooms are decorated in an elegant California beach style. As in all accommodations, Frette linens, and overstuffed comforters make getting up a challenge. No matter the reason for checking-in, the experience will be memorable in these stunning rooms.

Deluxe Room - approx. 250 sq. ft. For a tropical feel, Deluxe rooms have Ocean views through swaying palm trees, and glimpses of green gardens. Recently renovated and located on floors four through seven in the 10-story Ocean Tower, these rooms are furnished in a traditional California décor, with private balconies perfect for watching the sunset and feeling the warm ocean breeze.

Fairmont Rooms - from 250 - 425 sq. ft. Fairmont rooms are located on floors two to six of the 6-story historical Palisades Wing, or floors two through four of the 10-story Ocean Tower. All rooms have been designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape. Subtle hues of blue and green compliment the decor in all of the Fairmont rooms. Most rooms in the Ocean Tower include a furnished balcony to relax and unwind. Rooms in the Palisades Building are oversized and decorated in a more traditional style.
