Florianopolis is a 45 minute flight from Sao Paulo or an hour-and-a-half from Rio de Janeiro.

Ponta dos Ganchos is located in Celso Ramos, a fishing village 40km north of Florianopolis in the southern province of Santa Catarina. The resort is an hour's drive from the airport.
