This boutique luxury resort is a member of Design Hotels and can be reached exclusively by cable car.

vigilius mountain resort is 1,500 meters above everyday life. No traffic noise, no rushed business meetings, no arrivals nor departures by car. The air is calm and tranquil, flavored with the invigorating scent of the forest. Here it is possible to regain what you have been longing for; a clear view of oneself, a renewed vision of life. There is nothing obtrusive, nothing rigid. You alone define what to do.

Inspirational views of the Dolomite Mountains, with their ever-changing colors, act as the backdrop for "focus weeks" at the resort, concentrating on enhancing elements such as health, nutrition, movement and beauty. With exceptional autumnal interiors, exquisite Alpine/Northern Italian cuisine and a hedonistic spa, vigilius mountain resort represents the bright future of elite hospitality.

Blessed with its location in South Tyrol, the cuisine is indicative of the area with two cultures: Alpine and Italian. The resort's Chef de cuisine is Hans-Peter Pinkowski who was awarded the "Five Star Diamond Award" as one of the worldwide best cooks by the "American Academy of Hospitality Sciences."

In the Spa, flowing water is a metaphor for relaxation and regeneration. At the vigilius mountain resort there is natural spring water. Its vibrancy differs completely from ordinary tap water: primal, regenerating and charged with information. Floating in an endless pool with an infinite view of the South Tyrolean mountains. Whirlpools inside and outside. A little nearer to heaven in the Paradise Garden. A panorama view in all directions — Breathtaking!
