ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Three room rate categories reflect the square footage of the suites, size of pool and the scope of the view. Please note that all suites have an unparalleled view of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. An additional panoramic quality to the view is provided by suites on particular elevations and those located on corners.
Sun Infinity Pool Suites - Commanding 270 degree panoramic views, with over 2,000 sq.ft., and in particular elevated positions. The infinity pools are up to 900 sq.ft. These suites are the most desirable for those seeking the ultimate experience.
Moon Infinity Pool Suites - 1,600-1,950 sq.ft. with infinity pools 650 sq.ft.
Star Infinity Pool Suites - 1,400-1,800 sq.ft. and with infinity pools 450 sq.ft.
CHILD POLICY - Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the resort.
PET POLICY - No pets allowed.
SPECIAL NEEDS - Approximately 100 stairs lead from beach level to mid-hillside level, making the property unsuitable for those with walking difficulties or cardiac problems. |

Jade Mountain, "…the most exciting new resort to open in the Caribbean," now offers cuisine to match. Jade Cuisine is now under the direction of Chef Allen Susser of Chef Allen's Restaurant in Miami. Well known for his culinary innovations, he displays extraordinary originality by using the fresh caught fish and seasonal locally grown fruits, vegetables and herbs from the hotel's historical plantation. The islands rich history and cultural influences, Indian spices, volcanic soil and abundant natural resources make it a chef's paradise.
Chef Allen Susser, considered one of America's leading chefs, is known for his Miami restaurant Chef Allen's. As the chef and owner, Allen is praised for his Florida seafood dishes served with imaginative style, consistent emphasis on a high quality of service and his own very apparent personal commitment to the enjoyment of his guests.

GETTING THERE
Hotel Address: Jade Mountain, Old French Road, Soufriere, St. Lucia.
Airport: Hewanorra Int'l Airport (UVF) - 45 minutes / 18 miles.
Transportation: A taxi from the airport is best. Because the hotel is very difficult to find and at the end of a steep and rugged forest road that can be treacherous, guests are strongly urged not to drive. Driving is on the left side, British-style. |
