LUXURY BEACH RESORT 14 SUITES
Offering the epitome of seclusion in paradise, Las Alamandas has become the secret retreat for some of the world's most famous celebrities, discerning travelers, and many others seeking unparalleled beauty and privacy. Las Alamandas Resort is located midway between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo along the famed "Costalegre" region of Jalisco Mexico's Pacific Coast. Managed as an elegant, private estate where guests are accorded the highest standards of hospitality, this exclusive beachfront hideaway is situated on over 1,500 acres of pristine tropical Paradise with only six villas accommodating a maximum of 30 guests.
The six-villa hideaway (which accommodates a maximum of 30 guests) is managed like an elegant, private estate where guests feel completely at home. The villas have high-pitched tile roofs, shaded terraces and white ceramic floors. Walkways decorated with stone Mosaic wind though lush tropical gardens.
Las Alamandas announced the grand opening of several new additions to the property in 2007. The Alamandas Kids' Club offers a sophisticated mini-resort all its own. Surrounded by lush lawns beside the beach with panoramic ocean views, the Kids' Club consists of an open-air pergola with programmed kids' activities such as coloring, painting and crafts; playground equipment such as a Jungle Gym with a spiral slide, swings, monkey bars and a playhouse; a variety of toys and games; badminton setup; and a mini soccer field. Babysitting services are available upon request.
The resort also added the Las Alamandas Art Gallery, TV and library lounge, a conference room, and the "Estrella Azul," a rooftop lounge bar. The gallery features a revolving collection of artwork by various local arts and craft masters. It also serves as a spacious reading, relaxing, meeting and media room complete with oversized sofas for gatherings in front of a large-screen TV. There is also a selection of board games, including backgammon and chess. Las Alamandas also added a half basketball court and renovated its tennis courts, which are lit for nighttime use.
