Built especially for the hotel in its lakeside park, the "pop-up" wooden chalet will create the perfect cozy atmosphere for a Christmas party or a romantic dinner.
The menu will include cheese fondue, raclette, air dried meats, fondue Chinoise (meat and vegetables cooked in broth) and a festive cocktail list with mulled wine and Fire Tongs Punch (red wine, rum, oranges, lemons, cloves, cinnamon, sugar) served in a fireproof bowl.
The three course menu is priced at approximately $100 per person. Seating is available from December 2-31, Tuesday - Saturday, 6pm to 11pm.
Exclusive booking of the entire chalet is available for approximately $10,000, for up to 50 people.
