During your visit to this winery you are invited to discover six centuries of the Antinori family and experience first-hand their passion for producing wine. There are three tours to choose from, the Barriccaia tour, the Bottaia tour, and the Bottaia Cru tour, and each of them begin with a short film before taking you on a journey encompassing historic, technical, and architectural developments before concluding with a tasting of the wines. Afterwards, sample and buy the produce in the wine shop before visiting the Restaurant "Rinuccio 1180" which serves traditional Tuscan dishes in a contemporary style.

When to Visit:
From November 2nd to March 13th every day from 10:00 to 17:00 (last visit 15:00).
From March 14th to October 31st every day from 10:00 to 18:00 (last visit 16:00).
The winery is closed from December, 24th to January, 6th included.

Cantina di Soave – nr Verona

About: Founded in 1898, at Cantina Di Soave you'll find 6,000 hectares of vineyards and explore the production of wine in a close-up encounter within the underground cellars that are carved into the hill that culminates in a tasting. You will learn about the benefits of storing the wine in the underground cellars to help maintain the quality of the wine before discovering the 2,000 square metres of caves that are found beneath the Castello di Soave.

Cascina Meriame - Piedmont

A traditional Italian vineyard, during your visit here you will gain an understanding of the more hands-on approach to wine production which enhances the quality of the wine. Seven different grape varieties are grown here on the south-facing vineyards, and the proprietor, Paulo Manzone, will guide you through each one.

Azienda Agricola Romano Dal Forno produces three wines and they are all characteristic of the wines that are produced in the area. Having grown up next to his family's vineyards, the owner, Romano, has an undeniable passion for wine production having produced wine since 1983 and is happy to guide you around the winery that was constructed during the 1990s. The winery, the centre point of the company, is intentionally synonymous with strength, longevity, and respect for history and traditions.
