Nightlife Guru Nick House Launches VIP Lounge in Mayfair, the Rusty Nail

Nightlife Guru Nick House Launches VIP Lounge in Mayfair, the Rusty Nail
With a capacity of 80, it will be a late-night hangout where the select few will enjoy super-premium whiskies and cocktails, a carefully curated line-up of international DJs, and a house party feel with like-minded people.

Brought to London by nightlife entrepreneur, Nick House and similar to its sister nightclub, Whisky Mist, Rusty Nail will be a true temple to hedonism. A secret club within a club, it will be modelled on the hidden whisky cellars within a medieval style castle. The design will merge both the ancient and the modern, featuring church candles, distressed wallpaper and old whisky barrels coming up against neon light and cutting-edge contemporary art.

Rusty Nail takes its name from the famous cocktail made from Whisky and Drambuie, and its namesake will be offered in four different flavours in skull shaped shot glasses. Bar staff clad in rock-inspired military chic will also serve up signature drinks such as the Rusty Wolf, a sharing cocktail modelled on the club's mascot, a wolf's head, and other innovative cocktails including: Mystic Aroma; a sweet blend of Ciroc Red Berry, Rocket Salad, Lemon Juice, Cracked Pepper, Ginger & Lemongrass, Pink Grapefruit and Sirop de Gomme, and Melon Bees made with Watermelon, Root Ginger, Honey bees Syrup, Johnny Walker and Martini Rosso.

Rusty Nail will be a salon for the modern libertine, attracting both A-listers and people who share similar taste in music, fashion and style. With the feel of a private party, DJS will play a blend of electro, disco and 80s funk and rock music guaranteed to keep revellers dancing until dawn. There will also be regular performances from a whole host of dancers and other live entertainment, including knights clad in armour and damsels in distress.

Rusty Nail is the sister club of Whisky Mist which has also been at the forefront of the London nightlife scene for half a decade. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is modelled on a medieval castle, complete with stained glass windows, chain mail suits, and intimate candlelit alcoves. Whisky Mist and Rusty Nail will truly transport guests to another age and world from the moment they arrive at Mayfair's most well hidden secret.

...And those who could not hear the music thought the ones who were dancing had gone mad. But the dancers knew the truth: that there is a little madness in all of us.
