But, with the ever-growing number of female travel photographers, ORYX understands that there is a need for women to be able to travel in the comfort and safety of a small group of like-minded women, and it is out of this necessity that ORYX's first women-only photographic safari was born!

As a female wildlife photographer and photographic leader, Penny Robartes, says "it is both refreshing and exciting to see this beautiful medium being taken up more and more by women who are looking to capture and thus express their visions of our Earth's natural heritage.
