Ride in Style at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas in a Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II
The exclusive Ritz-Carlton service consists of Rolls-Royce transport to destinations within three miles of the hotel – including some of the most popular arts, shopping, business, dining, sports and entertainment locations in and near the heart of Dallas. Access to the complimentary chauffeur-driven amenity is available on a first-come/first-served basis, seven days a week.

“We are thrilled to offer Rolls-Royce transportation to our guests,” said Roberto van Geenen, General Manager, The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. “Our visitors are often automotive enthusiasts, and allowing them to experience an extraordinary vehicle creates not only comfort and convenience, but also cherished memories of their stay.”

The hotel's Ghost house car features a diamond-black exterior, with black interior and a full-length panoramic sunroof. Hotel guests can enjoy use of piano-black picnic tables as a platform on which to work while they are luxuriating in the brand's exclusive air-cushioned ride. The vehicle's heated rear seats also offer curved backs to allow passengers to face each other more easily while conversing.

Ghost is considered the essence of Rolls-Royce and carries some of the brand's most prestigious performance and design features, including a 2:1 ratio of wheel height to roof height, a long bonnet, short front, long rear overhangs, coach doors and a contemporary interpretation of the company's famed grille. Ghost had the first eight-speed gearbox in its class, providing seamless transitions and the feeling of an “infinite” first gear. Requiring 450 hours and at least 60 pairs of hands to build, the vehicle also has the lowest CO2 emissions in its class.

The new Ritz-Carlton, Dallas transportation amenity is presented as part of a hotel partnership with Park Place Premier Collection in Dallas. As for the automotive brand, Rolls-Royce Limited was created in 1904. Its Silver Ghost, launched in 1907, was a car of famous smoothness that completed a 14,371 mile virtually non-stop run, ultimately creating “the best car in the world” legend that continues to this day and inspires the model name of the new house car at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.

Guests planning a luxury stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas can look forward not only to this opulent new magic carpet ride, but also to a broad roster of unique amenities, from the hotel's complimentary nightly Guacamologist™ experience, and The Ritz-Carlton Spa's one-of-a-kind Texas Eight-Hand Massage -- to the only Club Lounge in Dallas, and the “Bold Flavors, No Borders” cuisine of renowned Fearing's Restaurant.
