With over 400 executive rental homes in Orlando, Exclusive Private Villas have become one of the leading rental firms in the area serving both the business and vacation market.
Founder Kerrie Potts recognized a gap in the market for high-end executive rental homes in Orlando back in 2009 when she purchased her first property in Reunion Resort. With its excellent facilities in conferencing (Orange State Conference Center and Gaylord Palms Conference Center) alongside the famous entertainment parks such as Disney, Universal and Seaworld (also popular as Expo and Conference centers) Kerrie recognized a huge need for alternative accommodation to hotels for not only vacation seekers but also the business communities.
The business market includes both Conference delegates and Exhibitors who recognize that Executive Luxury Rental homes often offer more appropriate facilities for these renting types than hotels themselves. Our main focus is Luxury high end travel.
