This exclusive three-day culinary celebration presents six distinctive experiences, including multi-course menus; a sommelier-guided international sparkling wine and champagne tasting adventure; a Sonoma winery truffle dinner; intimate hands-on lunch and dinner cooking classes; and culminating with a Sunday Lexus Grand Tasting featuring acclaimed chefs from 13 Lexus' Hotel Partners creating signature dishes for the event, complemented by premier wines from 20 leading California vintners. FRIDAY, MARCH 11

Town & Country: Opening Night Reception and Dinner, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Verbena, Cavallo Point Lodge

The opening night dinner for this grand weekend assembles four renowned chefs, two from celebrated metropolitan city hotels and two from acclaimed California resorts. From Boston to Miami to the California coast, guests will savor some of the country's finest seasonal specialties, blending the very best the “town & country” can offer in one spectacular experience! The evening's featured chefs for the multi-course menu with wine pairings include Chef Mauricio Luna (XV Beacon, Boston), Lexus Culinary Master Michelle Bernstein (Thompson Miami), Chef John Cox (Post Ranch Inn, Big Sur) and Chef Justin Everett (Cavallo Point, Sausalito).

SATURDAY, MARCH 12

Brunch & Bubbles: Nostalgic Flavors Made Modern, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The Cooking School at Cavallo Point Lodge

Set your creative juices flowing for a festive afternoon with a glass of sparkling wine and a hearty appetite. This demonstration and hands-on cooking class challenges chefs to reinvent favorite family recipes that made the brunch table so special. Your Lexus Hotel Partner chef coaches include Chef Angela Tamura (Pebble Beach Resorts®), Chef Justin Urso (Chatham Bars Inn, Cape Cod), Chef Erling Wu-Bower (Thompson Chicago) and Chef Jayne Reichert (Cavallo Point Cooking School). The chefs' demonstrations will be followed by a multi-course lunch prepared by your class, paired with sparkling wines that complement the menu.

Chef-fervescence: An International Celebration of Bubbles & Bites, 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Verbena, Cavallo Point Lodge

Embark on an international adventure of bubbly delights with celebrated author, wine reporter and sommelier Anthony Giglio in a special tribute to old-and-new world sparkling wines and champagnes. To complement the exclusive selection of bubbles, sumptuous small bites by Chef Bernard Ibarra (Terranea Resort, Palos Verdes) and Chef Nate Lindsay (Bardessono, Napa) will be offered. Your globe-trekking adventure includes choice selections from California, France, Tasmania, Italy, South Africa and New Zealand! Passport not required.

Bourbon & Beef: Nostalgia with a Twist, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The Cooking School at Cavallo Point Lodge

Master mixologist Alba Huerta will open the cooking class, whimsically re-crafting classic cocktails to grace the New American Table. Each cocktail will complement a range of dishes featuring the finest, locally sourced cuts of artisan meats. In this demonstration and hands-on cooking class, our chefs (and you!) will present their own nostalgic culinary twist on the plate and in the glass. Featured Lexus Hotel Partner chefs are Chef Angela Tamura (Pebble Beach Resorts®), Chef Justin Urso (Chatham Bars Inn, Cape Cod), Chef Erling Wu-Bower (Thompson Chicago) and Chef Jayne Reichert (Cavallo Point Cooking School). Truffle Finale Dinner, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Ram's Gate Winery, Sonoma

The weekend's finale dinner showcases the coveted truffle paired with the award-winning wines of Ram's Gate Winery, and hosted at the picturesque Sonoma wine country setting of Ram's Gate. The sumptuous five-course menu features an exclusively curated menu by Lexus Hotel Partner chefs, including Chef Sunny Jin (The Allison Inn & Spa, Willamette Valley), Chef Mark Hannon (Lake Placid Lodge, Lake Placid), Chef Cassidee Dabney (Blackberry Farm, Walland, TN) and Pastry Chef Nicolas Blouin (Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek®, Dallas). The guests will be transported privately to Ram's Gate Winery from Cavallo Point Lodge in a Lexus fleet.

SUNDAY, MARCH 13

Lexus Grand Tasting, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Callippe, Cavallo Point Lodge

The weekend will culminate in spectacular fashion at the Lexus Grand Tasting, featuring all 13 Lexus Hotel Partner chefs from around the country, and 20 vintners from the acclaimed California wine-growing regions of Napa, Sonoma and Marin. This exclusive culinary adventure gives you an opportunity to nibble, nosh and sip from the best-of-the-best of America's finest chefs and premier California wineries.
