The end-of-the-year holidays will have a festive appeal at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, A Gurney’s Resort & Spa. The resort’s renowned culinary team—including renowned Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, Chef de Cuisine Samantha Sanz and Bar Chef Christiaan Röllich—has revealed its 2021 holiday offerings, featuring Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus for Sanctuary’s signature restaurant, elements, plus New Year’s Eve party plans for the stylish jade bar. Chic holiday décor against a backdrop of sweeping Paradise Valley views will heighten the festive atmosphere at each event.

Christmas Day dinner at elements

A four-course, prix-fixe dinner at elements on December 25 promises to be a gift for the palate. Among the highlights are a first course of Crab and Shrimp Bisque made with braised leeks, sherry wine, heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning followed by a second course offering of Wild Burgundy Escargot Pot Pie, Lobster Risotto or Black Truffle Polenta, among other savory treats.

Main entrée selections include Two Wash Farms Roasted Guinea Hen, Herb & Mustard Crusted Rack of Lamb, Barolo Braised Beef Cheek, New-England-Style Baked Stuffed Cod and Roasted Vegetable Wellington. The Christmas Day Dinner at elements will be served from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is priced at $150 per person for adults and $55 for children under 12 years old, plus tax and gratuity.

New Year’s Eve dinner at elements

A four-course, prix-fixe New Year’s Eve Dinner at elements will welcome the new year in style, beginning with an amuse-bouche of Vodka Cured Salmon or Roasted Carrot Tartar.  A sampling of first course options includes Roasted Sunchoke & White Truffle Risotto and Charred Spanish Octopus and is followed by a second course of Maine Lobster Bisque, Grilled Treviso Salad or Honey Roasted Heirloom Beets. The New Year’s Eve Dinner will be served in two seatings. The first will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is priced at $275 per person (plus tax, gratuity, and beverages), including a champagne greeting. The second seating will be from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., $300 per person (plus tax, gratuity, and beverages), and includes a champagne greeting, party favors and admission to the jade bar New Year’s Eve celebration.

Revelers can ring in 2022 with an unforgettable evening of live music, dancing and festive cocktails at jade bar. An entertainment package includes a table for four or six people, the four-course prix fixe holiday menu, a bottle of Krug Grand Cuvee Brut (two bottles for the six-person table), and New Year’s Eve party favors.  The package has limited availability and is priced at $1,500 plus tax and gratuity for a four-person table and $2,400 for six. For parties of varied size, the price is $300++ per person.
