Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Resort, Marbella has launched three new exquisite dining concepts being unveiled in April 2022, providing the ultimate gourmet and wellness experience under the Mediterranean sun. Alongside the existing exceptional dining offering including avant-garde Japanese fare at 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant and chic beach club gastronomy by the sea, Anantara Villa Padierna Palace is thrilled to expand its tantalizing gastronomic tastes at La Veranda, La Loggia and La Pergola.

La Veranda Restaurant
The ultimate in elegance and old-world charm, La Veranda is going ‘back to its roots’ on 7 April 2022 serving its most iconic dishes and guests’ all-time favorites from the past 20 years. Classic, refined dining with a modern twist is the ethos here with sample dishes including Retinto beef steak tartare with a light touch of smoked meat and soufflé potatoes, Chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce and soufflé potatoes, Red mullet with local vegetables and Iberian pork in salt with potatoes and confit tomatoes, parmesan foam and black truffles. A selection of elegant vegan dishes will also feature on the menu. Mouth-watering flavors steeped in nostalgia will conjure up cherished memories over the years under the sun-kissed sky of Andalusia, complemented by exceptional service and a fairytale setting on the property’s iconic veranda. La Loggia
The resort’s main, superb restaurant sees a stylish Italian revamp with the addition of Italian Nights from 7 April 2022. Viva Italia! under the warm Andalusian skies during the day as authentic Mediterranean flavors abound. Evenings will see a large and colourful anti pasti buffet alongside a mouth-watering a la carte menu featuring the freshest pizza and perfectly al-dente pasta.  Highlights include Cacio e Pepe, one of Italy’s most beloved dishes, being cooked live at the table, transporting guests to the signature flavors of Rome right from their delightful setting at La Loggia whose terrace offers panoramic views of the lake and lush gardens beyond. La Pergola
Enveloped in gardens, the tranquil and delightful pool restaurant La Pergola sees a twist this year. Salads incorporating the freshest ingredients and flavors of southern Spain will feature heavily, as well as a colorful selection of fresh daily smoothies and ginger shots.
