• In Paris, Le Meurice (pictured) is celebrating the five year anniversary of the opening of Restaurant Le Dali, with the launch of the new menu, La Cuisine de Palace by three-Michelin star chef Yannick Alléno. The simple and hearty menu reimagines French classics, with highlights including sea bass tartar with ponzu, milk-fed lamb sautéed with olives and candied lemon with creative desserts by head pastry Camille Lesecq. Restaurant Le Meurice also recently introduced a new lunch menu, titled a “Gastronomic Meal of the French,” (a term inscribed by Unesco) which serves the best of traditional French cuisine with a focus on seasonal variations and capturing its cultural heritage. The meal begins with an aperitif and ends with liqueurs with at least four courses. The menu changes regularly and is priced at €105.

The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows is also rolling out a number of new dining experiences, in honor of its 100th Anniversary this year. The recently launched “These Walls Are Talking Cocktail Menu” at the Polo Lounge and Bar Nineteen12 features anecdotally inspired drinks including a 100-year cocktail priced at $100 and served in an engraved collectible keepsake glass coupe with 100-year design. Cocktail favorites include The Old Fashioned Rebel, inspired by the Marlene Dietrich who was instrumental in changing the women's “No Slacks” dress code at The Polo Lounge, and The Aviator, a nod to Bungalow long-timer Howard Hughes. There is also the Pop-Up 1912 pricing selected once a week in each of the hotel's dining venues, where one lucky weekly table will be randomly selected to have their check amount converted to the original pricing in 1912.
