Il Sereno Lago di Como, the newest luxury hotel on Lake Como, is hosting a special one-night-only dining experience, “Cena a 4 mani,” on May 22nd at their Michelin-starred restaurant, Berton Al Lago. The unique culinary affair will serve a maximum of 50 guests and comprise of seasonal cuisine inspired by the local surroundings of Lake Como and helmed by Milan restaurateur Andrea Berton and Executive Chef Raffele Lenzi as well as notable guest chef, Chef Alfio Ghezzi of twice Michelin-starred restaurant Locanda Margon.
Menu highlights include elegant starters such as a Goat Cheese Tartlet with beetroot and ginger and an Apple Ravioli with mortadella and Trentodoc wine sauce as well as mains like Felicetti’s spaghetti with Trentingrana cheese, Garda’s extra virgin olive oil and Ferrari Perlé wine, and a Quail dish featuring almonds, turnip tops and mollusks.
Wine will be presented from the legendary Ferrari Winery which was incepted in 1902 and is currently helmed by the Lunelli family.
