Fresh Fall Flavors at Scottsdale’s Hotel Valley Ho

ZuZu inside the retro-chic Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona is welcoming fall with just-debuted menus that feature the best ingredients of the season. Executive Chef Russell LaCasce has crafted some delicious and savory new items while Lisa Graf, the hotel’s new pastry chef, has completely overhauled the dessert menu.

In the morning, don’t miss the Cereal Milk Stuffed French Toast with Fruity Pebble milk crumb.

For lunch, spice it up with the Korean BBQ Burger or Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Dinner delights include Burrata with grapefruit, mint pesto and sourdough crostini; as well as a 60-Day Dry Aged Pork Porterhouse with candied kombucha squash and brussels sprouts.

For dessert, indulge with The Troubled German Chocolate Cake, Baked Alaska, or the famous “Show Stopper” Shake, which changes monthly and features house-made desserts piled on top. October’s flavor is State Fair, complete with a fried cheesecake ball, vanilla Twinkie shake base and funnel cake.
