They are reinventing the rules for luxury tourist accommodation rental to offer private pied-a-terre apartments, designed by interior designers, managed by House Managers and intensely embodying the soul and culture of Paris.
They are rethinking the concept of renting high-end properties, focusing solely on highly Parisian locations (the Golden Triangle, the Marais, Pigalle, Saint-Honoré, etc.). The trio is working with experts to offer their guests new experiences thanks to a concierge service and tailor-made hotel services, thus meeting the expectations of a demanding clientèle in search of immersion, emotions and comfort.
Since the acquisition and renovation of the first flats on rue Saint-Honoré, HIGHSTAY now owns 32 remarkable properties in Paris, all located in the most emblematic districts of the capital (Champs-Élysées, rue Saint-Honoré, rue de Rivoli, or the trendy Marais district). In order to be as close as possible to the soul and culture of Paris, and to offer a real immersion in the different lives of the neighborhood.
HIGHSTAY owns its flats and renovates and furnishes each space in collaboration with a team of architects and interior designers. The details are designed to provide a unique, authentic and immersive experience. The aim is to offer the exceptional service of a grand hotel in the private and intimate setting of a luxury residence. Each flat, fully equipped, reflects the history of its neighborhood and respects Parisian architecture. Without trying to alter the codes, but modernizing them enough to attract a new generation of customers.
With service at the heart of HIGHSTAY's ambition, the teams tailor each visit to residents’ needs. A la carte, personalized experiences: from hot air balloon rental to airport and train station transit, from luggage storage to a private chef's visit for a unique meal and a private museum tour... A dedicated team (House Manager, and Golden Key Concierge, Head Housekeeper) is available at any time during the stay to respond to guests' requests.
