JW Marriott Chicago Creates $1,800 Luxury Foodie Fantasy for Valentine’s Day
The one night only package will be available on Valentine's Day, Saturday, February 14 for a maximum of six couples. Reservations can be made by calling 312 660 8200 and must be booked by Monday, February 9 (no cancellations accepted). The total package rate is $1,800.

Executive Chef Michael Reich took the notion of “the best way to someone's heart is through their stomach” to a new meaning with his Be My Valentine menu. Couples will be guided to the Burnham Ballroom where their intimate spot-lit table awaits. After enjoying a six-course meal featuring Iranian caviar, Wagyu short ribs, diver-caught Maine lobster, foie gras, hand-picked chanterelles mushrooms, and more, content pairs can relax and unwind at their own private lounge seating. Guests can also have their hand in the action by watching the cooking live at the ballroom's culinary stage. Chef Reich will even invite guests to participate in the cooking for their special sweetheart to pull out all the stops.

“We always go above and beyond for our guests at the JW Marriott Chicago, but this offering allows us to flex our culinary muscles,” shared Chef Michael Reich. “We wanted to create an entire atmosphere at the hotel–beyond just the dining room table–fit for the ultimate foodie couple.”

The night of extravagance doesn't end there. Following dinner, each couple will retreat back to their luxury suite for a custom Digestif Dip drawn bath, featuring soothing and calming aromatherapy after a night of indulgence. For a sweet send-off, Chef Reich created a special turndown service of the Dessert Ski, a narrow tasting board of sweets with champagne sips adorning each suite's bed.
