Local Chakra healers will be on property to offer Chakra Balancing, along with an immersive “Drink Your Chakra” experience designed to help participants find clarity and balance. Chakra Balancing

Guests will explore a creative way to align themselves before the day begins with local Chakra healers available on property to provide Chakra Balancing for guests. Using crystal bowls for a sound healing to clear and balance the chakras or “energy centers” of the body, a combination of sound and meditation through each center brings calm and relaxation to the body, mind and soul.

Drink Your Chakras

As an immersive way to wrap up the day, guests will experience a compelling and Insta-worthy new concept called “Drink your Chakras” – a series of colorful cocktails designed to awake each of the body’s energy centers. Five distinct cocktails are presented in linear fashion from violet to red. Alongside each drink, guests will learn why the ingredients were chosen, based on the traits of each Chakra. Minimum size group of 10 may apply to the Drink your Chakras activity.

Metaphysical Guest Activity Offerings

L’Auberge de Sedona’s recently debuted metaphysical offerings include classes for every level and type of traveler. The resort’s immersive experiences are scheduled monthly and specifically curated based on the season. See a sampling of what guests who book The Power of Presence can expect below:

• Introduction to Crystals: An introduction to crystals and stones explaining the meaning of the types, colors and shapes. We will identify specific stones for healing, protection, clarity and grounding, which can be supportive and are easy to find. Everyone will receive one crystal of their choice, which they can charge on the vortex. There will be a short meditation to attune you to your stone.
• Sedona Energy and Vortexes: Discussion of geologic phenomenon which may create vortex energy and a presentation of the various theories about what the vortexes are and how they may affect us. The spiritual significance of ley lines and the 4 primary vortexes in Sedona and their elements. There will be tips on the best ways to enjoy and experience the vortexes.
• Qigong Healing and Meditation: Qigong meditation is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement. Practice Qigong to strengthen the immune system and restore energy.
• Sound Healing: This offering is done with crystal bowls and is intended to bring you into a deep, relaxed, meditative state. Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This helps restore your body's balance which in turn helps you heal.
