Inner Sanctuary will provide a transformative experience at eco-friendly luxury resort Evason Hua Hin, in Thailand. The first-of-its-kind program allows guests to achieve balanced wellness through movement, fitness and spiritual healing in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

Inner Sanctuary offers a comprehensive, luxurious, therapeutic getaway, rooted in practices that reinvigorate the mind, body and spirit through a combination of exercise and meditation. Inner Sanctuary will host the world's leading fitness instructors and incorporate elements of adventure and relaxation, while connecting to nature. Located in the town of Pranburi, surrounded by 20 acres of lush tropical gardens and lotus ponds, Inner Sanctuary features a spacious group yoga and fitness space, meditation room, filming studio, and private yoga facility.

Curated by Jacyn Fain, Director of Matthew Kenney Wellness, the program combines Fain's fitness expertise and Kenney's pioneering of the plant-based lifestyle. Based in New York City, Fain holds a 500hr Vinyasa Yoga certification, has studied Ayurveda, holistic nutrition, and additional wellness practices she will incorporate into Inner Sanctuary.

Also home to Evason Hua Hin and Inner Sanctuary is Matthew Kenney Culinary–Asia's first classically structured plant-based academy. The Inner Sanctuary experience will be enhanced through Kenney's plant-based cuisine, designed with the intention that each meal is a wellness experience within itself. Inner Sanctuary guests will enjoy the academy's dynamic culinary workshops, rejuvenate at the resort infinity pool, and be pampered in the Six Senses Spa with a restorative Thai massage.
