New Poolside Cocktail Infusion Cart Shakes Things Up at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
The mobile cocktail cart serves a variety of infused cocktails poolside, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing aperitif without having to leave their lounge chair or get out of the pool.

The Infusion Cart makes an appearance two to three times per day and boasts a variety of house-made flavorful cocktails. The two favorites thus far are the Island Water cocktail made with Hawaiian pineapple infused vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice and coconut rum, and the Strawberry Spritz made with strawberry infused vodka, simple syrup and fresh citrus. Additional concoctions feature red bell pepper infused rum, passion fruit soaked golden tequila, cucumber mint vodka, and tart cherries soaked in bourbon for an incredibly refreshing Cherry Bourbon Sour. The Infusion Cart places a strong emphasis on keeping the cocktails simple and highlighting the infusion itself by adding fresh citrus and locally grown herbs.

The Infusion Cart was originally planned to be a 4th of July special, but because of its raging success, the cart will continue to shake things up at the Surf Club with seasonal cocktails – including a specialty cloves, cinnamon and apple cocktail in the fall.
