Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya has often been known as being the life of the party in Mayakoba. Now, they've taken it to the next level, opening a new bar that will stay open three hours later than any other venue in Mayakoba Resort. The new El Pueblito Bar opens in Mayakoba’s El Pueblito, a traditional Mexican town square. Open Thursdays – Saturdays from 8 pm – 2 am, the bar is a casual indoor and outdoor nightlife venue with an elaborate spirits menu, creative cocktails, vibrant atmosphere and live music curated by Andaz Mayakoba’s resident DJ, Jared Dietch. Drinks will be included for guests who book the resort’s Premium All Inclusive Package. The who area of El Pueblito and the new bar can be reserved for private parties, weddings, etc.

Andaz Mayakoba's Casa Amate, in partnership with high-end Champagne brand Dom Pérignon, is excited to offer guests French-infused Mexican cuisine and a glass of bubbly, now through Feb. 24, 2020. The resort's Executive Chef, Miguel Gomez, and Pastry Chef, Daniel Moreno, have created select dishes that invite guests to a delightful experience, treating the palat to unique, locally-inspired flavors accompanied by the delicate taste of Dom Pérignon. Guests will enjoy an aphrodisiac appetizer or dessert paired with a glass of Dom Perignon for $1000 MXN (approx. $53 USD). Sample dishes include Caviar Tacos and Mexique Chocolate Mousse. For dinner reservations, guests can call the Andaz Maykoba concierge.

Chef's Table Now Offered in the Garden of Andaz Mayakoba's Casa Amata Restaurant

Andaz Mayakoba has recently introduced a Chef’s Table in Casa Amate’s central garden. The experience begins as guests arrive to the garden and are greeted by Chef Miguel Gomez and his team. They will be welcomed with a special welcome cocktail and a selection of small entrees. The chef will speak with the guests prior to determine any preferences and food allergies and from there, will create a set, three-course menu. During the dinner experience, he will be plating and cooking in front of the guests and explaining each dish as it comes out. The experience will be paired with wine and the Chef will explain why each wine goes perfectly with each dish. All ingredients will be locally-sourced and organic, and the food will be grilled. The cost is $1700 pesos ($90USD) per person for a minimum of six people.
