Its ethos to pay homage to the country’s rich culture and heritage will now translate to its culinary offerings, with the introduction of its Culinary Art Series, a calendar of exciting pop-ups hosted by some of the country’s most celebrated emerging Mexican chefs. Designed to showcase the varied flavors of Mexico, the Culinary Art Series will provide a superlative, and authentically Mexican design experience like no other in the region.

Offering guests, a culinary journey through Mexico, from the distinct cuisine of the North with its light Sinaloan seafood to the roast cabrito (baby goat) of Nuevo León, to the more prominent African, Caribbean and Middle Eastern influences of the south, each guest Chef will transform the resort’s ocean-side clifftop restaurant Agua over the course of a weekend, transporting the authentic flavors and unique menus from their region to the resort.
