ResortPass is Revolutionizing Luxury Vacations and Daycations

ResortPass is a one-of-a-kind online booking platform that offers travelers the ability to access the amenities of a curated selection of marquee resort and hotel properties in key US cities. ResortPass guests can take advantage of a resort’s amenities like pools, spas, restaurants and more, without committing to an overnight stay, making ResortPass a budget and time-friendly indulgence that is transforming the way consumers plan their travel and leisure time. The service is quickly gaining traction with locals looking to enjoy the pool, spa and other amenities at nearby resorts, as well as travelers wanting to enhance their vacation experience with lux hotel amenities, without the overnight price tag.

Travel entrepreneur, Amanda Szabo launched ResortPass in 2016 while living in San Diego, near several upscale resorts. She pined for the ability to just enjoy the pool, have a drink, and relax at the spa for the afternoon.  Having snuck in once (not a comfortable experience!) Szabo noticed that the hotel pools were empty most days and realized that there was an untapped opportunity for hotels to generate additional revenue through a user-friendly platform for consumers to make amenity-only reservations.

Based in Santa Monica, ResortPass currently offers access to over 70 luxury hotels and resorts in Arizona, California, Florida, Texas, Hawaii, and New Mexico – with plans to add more cities throughout the US in the coming year. Via their well-designed interface, ResortPass offers day passes to access amenities including poolside lounge chairs, cabanas, spa and fitness facilities. Passes start at $25 per day/per person.

Since the company’s launch, ResortPass has been extremely well-received by both the consumer and its hotel partners, and the company is positioned to exceed 60,000 bookings in 2018. Committed to servicing their rapidly growing clientele, ResortPass expects to increase the number of resorts that can be accessed via the site by more than double in the next year.
