Enjoy a sensory journey for the palate with this refreshing and fragrant selection of curated cocktails which are a nod to the blooming summer season. Guests can select from a selection of cocktails, named for popular flowers. Included among the 10 Summer Bouquet menu items are the Dahlia, featuring Patron Silver, Catedral Espadin Mezcal, Raspberry, Creme de Cacao, Lime, Agave, and Corn Pops Milk; and the Begonia, made from Brother’s Bond Bourbon, BlackBerry, Cinnamon, Lemon and Mint. Hand-crafted images of each flower enhance the menu descriptions and offerings.

The Cristal Garden by Champagne Louis Roederer

Drawing inspiration from the captivating roses of Monet’s gardens, master florist Julia Rosa has created an ambiance reflective of a refined and ethereal garden to enhance the cocktail and dining experience. The transformed outdoor terrace promises an ambiance of sophistication and style, with an inviting color palette of white and multiple hues of pink. From gracefully ascending floral-laden trellises to colorful blooming planters, guests will discover a picturesque oasis in the heart of midtown for enjoying spirited summer moments.

The Crystal Elite

This ultra-premium cocktail begins with a generous serving of the world's most iconic Cognac, Rémy Martin Louis XIII, a name that has become synonymous with luxury. Then, for a touch of complexity, the Cognac is complemented by an extremely rare Bénédictine from 1920, a century-old bottle of the famous herbal liqueur we are proud to have in our vintage spirits collection at Baccarat. Organic lemon juice brings a touch of brightness and acidity to the drink, which is then balanced by the addition of Manuka honey that has been infused with saffron, the world's most expensive spice. Finally, a few drops of Black Winter Perigord Truffle bitters give the cocktail a wonderfully subtle note of umami before the mixture is masterfully shaken together and strained over a custom gem-shaped ice cube, served in one of our exquisite Baccarat Crystal Czar glasses.
