The St. Barts Tourism Committee is pleased to announce the exciting collection of award-winning guest chefs for the 2024 St. Barts Gourmet Festival. The annual festival will return November 5-10, 2024, and continue the island’s longstanding tradition of culinary excellence while paying tribute to French gastronomy. This year’s lineup of award-winning chefs includes some of the world’s best culinary talent who will cook alongside local St. Barts culinary teams at some of the island’s finest hotels and restaurants, preparing exclusive, multi-course meal experiences for guests.
Each guest chef will be hosted by a partner hotel or venue where they will create and prepare an inventive multi-course menu to be served for the festival’s consecutive nights. Featuring a mix of their signature dishes, as well as locally inspired twists, each guest chef’s menu will highlight their creativity and expertise. Claire Heitzler, female Pastry Chef, will prepare specialty delights for walk-ins to taste at the Boutique of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon as well as creations at the restaurant.
