  • The Winter Bar at the Palace: To complement the magnificent courtyard Christmas Tree, the Palace will be welcoming their annual outdoor bar. Slated to open the week of November 18th and poised to be the ultimate destination with provisions and beverages for all to enjoy, the bar offers expertly crafted seasonal libations, classic favorites, and non-alcoholic options for hotel guests and visitors alike.
    • The bar will serve Hot Chocolate, warm hot toddies and yummy, sweet treats such as holiday cookies.

      • Saturday & Sunday: Noon to 7pm
  • North Pole Cocktail in The Gold Room: A delicious take on a holiday martini with Absolut Vanilla Vodka and a crushed candy cane rim served in the Gold Room.
  • The Palace Holiday Suites – Presented by Balsam Hill: In collaboration with Balsam Hill the Palace will unveil three cozy and luxurious holiday suites, each brimming with festive cheer. Each suite will feature its own unique color palette and a shoppable element for guests to enjoy.

  • The Gingerbread Palace: An architectural masterpiece in miniature form which will be on display in the Grand Lobby. This Palace holiday tradition takes the Lotte pastry team more than 300 hours along with 110 pounds of flour and fondant to craft this sweet seasonal salute to the landmark building. On view beginning 11/27.
  • Letters to Santa: The youngest hotel guests will receive personalized postcards to send to Santa in the larger-than-life North Pole mailbox, including a hand-written reply “from the desk of Santa Claus” that will magically appear in the room during the stay.
