One year ago, The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles opened its doors. Since then, The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles has redefined the luxury market in the city, exceeding projections for average daily rate by 19% and for overall occupancy while also bringing a new sense of life to Downtown Los Angeles with its award-winning restaurant WP24 Restaurant & Lounge by Wolfgang Puck and its luxury spa, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Los Angeles.

Employment has also been impacted with the hotel's commitment to hire at minimum, 51% of its workforce from within a 5 mile radius of L.A. LIVE while L.A. LIVE overall has created more than 25,000 jobs and generated $18 million in new annual tax revenues.
