Mr. Deepak Ohri, CEO of lebua Hotels & Resorts joined Mr. Phanuwat Wongsriphisant Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Thailand arranged the talk of the town collaboration of two leading ultra luxury lifestyle celebration party ‘The Exclusive Night of Luxurious Tastes' recently at both Distil bar (64th Fl) & Mezzaluna (65th Fl), Tower Club at lebua.

Deepak revealed proudly on this occasion.

‘The Exclusive Night of Luxurious Tastes' menu was prepared by twin head chefs from Berlin who have both worked across Europe under Michelin-starred chefs, Thomas and Mathias Suhring, with 6 courses signature dishes from Mezzaluna. Starting with deluxe Canapé: Cherry foie gras, Tuna green apple, Cauliflower Herring eggs, Duck leg confit Bergamot orange, at Distil which were prepared to welcome along with 6 signature cocktails such as Dome Sunset, Mumm Delectable, 100 Wallbangker, Absulut Green tea Martini, Havana Pearl which are mixed with G.H.Mumm champagne, Absolut 100 vodka, Havana Club 7 Anos rum, and Mexican tequila Olmeca Altos Silver.

After all guests mingled for a while, then were ushered to be seated at Mezzaluna for the exquisite night. Then 2 Top management surprised all top press & guests with the celebration moment overlooking the firework presentation from Chaopraya. Then, starting the dinner with Soulard Duck, the foie gras, muscat grapes, robiola cheese, borage which will go with the G.H. MUMM Grand Cru perfectly well. Followed by the Langoustine - carrot, ginger, portabello, quinoa paired with the famous New Zealand wine, Brancott Letter Series ‘B' Sauvignon Blanc. Before cleaning the palate with the Jacob's Creek Reeves Point Chardonnay drink along with the Pacific Aury – guinea squash, miso, broccoli, dashi broth and experience two main highlight dishes. 2 signature dishes from the twins chef are Parmesan – “Explosion”, white onion, ossetra caviar, parsley, which strongly recommended go with Brancott Estate Terrace ‘T', Marlborough 2009 and the main course ‘Wagyu Beef Tenderloin' – beetroot, red currant, pickled onion, radicchio Treviso featured with ‘Jacob's Creek St.Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon'. Ending the memorable night with Conference Pear – piedmont hazel nut, muscovado sugar with Perrier Jouet Blason Rose.

After dinner, all guests can continue the exclusive experience at Distil by choosing their own favorite beverages, being imported & served for the first time in Thailand at The Tower Club lebua, namely Royal Salute 100 Cask (The ultra premium scotch whiskey), Glenlivet 21 Years (top of the line single malt from Glenlivet), Martell Creation Grand Extra (Prestige conac) Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros (Premium cuban rum) and Olmeca Altos Reposado (famous tequila from Mexico) before being escorted to their own suite as part of campaign the responsible alcohol consumption.
