TRANSFIX: Las Vegas’ Newest Attraction, a 200k square foot Immersive Art Carnival

Vegas is already an international destination for some of the most stimulating experiences. Often dubbed “America’s Playground,” the iconic U.S. city is known for its over-the-top experiences: neon lights, luxury hotels and casinos, all-out entertainment, and restaurants with some of the world’s top chefs.

After a day or two of gambling and partying, visitors may find themselves searching for a respite — enter TRANSFIX, a destination within a destination. Designed as an ultra-unique adventure, TRANSFIX invites participants to embark on their own 90-120 minute journey through a two-acre labyrinth without ever leaving The Strip. Featured throughout the venue are over 50 monolithic, kinetic, illuminated (even fire-breathing) artworks by international artists, completely redefining the idea of a “night out on the town” for visitors from around the world.

TRANSFIX officially opens to the public on April 21, and will run through fall 2023. Co-founded by experiential entrepreneurs Michael Blatter and Tom Stinchfield, TRANSFIX aims to offer an alternative model to the ways in which artists generate revenue and create work, especially in this category of immersive, large-scale art, which typically has little afterlife.
