Vacation Jitters? Hotel Buyout Options for Privacy & Amenities

Itching to go on vacation but still nervous?  Try a hotel buyout.  Buyouts of entire hotels or resorts offer the amenities and services of a hotel and the privacy and control of a vacation rental.

The Ranch

Renowned for its results-oriented fitness and wellness program, The Ranch Buyout allows families and friends the opportunity to transform the 19-cottage, 200-acre retreat into their own private respite for a week or longer. With a resort buyout, your group is immersed in nature with plenty of room to roam as you reconnect with each other and enjoy a memorable, camp-like experience.

Private groups seeking tangible health benefits will enjoy the rigor and results of a spa buyout with our signature weeklong wellness program that includes daily hiking, fitness classes, yoga and massage, complemented by a plant-based diet. For those with other interests, our team will work with you to design a daily schedule to meet your needs.

Create the ultimate kids’ summer camp as the adults experience a health and fitness program or week of relaxation of their own. If a plant-based culinary school is what your group desires, our award-winning chefs can craft a week of hands-on classes and activities in both the kitchen and the garden. Groups are also welcome to simply enjoy our property, 5-star service and Malibu location as a secluded backdrop for rest and reconnection.
