Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino

Situated on North America’s largest alpine lake, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, Nevada offers 422 deluxe guestrooms and an additional 24 cozy lakeside cottages complete with fireplaces. Hyatt Escala Lodge Park City

The ski-in, ski-out resort is situated just minutes from historic downtown Park City, Utah. The lodge located in The Canyons is comprised of 150 luxury residential suites with mountain-views, balconies, living areas, dining rooms, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, granite countertops stone fireplaces and the convenience of washers and dryers. Among its many amenities, the resort features an outdoor pool and whirlpool, gym, steam rooms, a restaurant, bar & lounge as well as access to more than 100 shops, galleries and dining experiences with complimentary hotel transportation.

•On May 29th, 2013, Vail Resorts announced they entered into along term lease to manage the Canyons.
•Mountain Upgrades: Unveiled last season, The Canyons recently invested $50 million in upgrades and expansion. Skiing at The Canyons now covers 4,000 acres stretched across nine peaks – including expansion onto “Iron Mountain.” The new look and feel of the resort showcased the unveiling of the state-of-the-art “Orange Bubble” quad chair lift complete with heated seats; a high-speed zip line circuit; a new Resort Village gathering called Ski Beach; eight new dining venues; a new direct-connect gondola; expanded terrain and vastly improved snowmaking capabilities.

New Culinary Offerings:

•One-of-a-Kind Cocktail: “The Moscow Moose.” Executive Chef Jesse McDannell’s take on the classic creation uses Park City’s own High-West Vodka for his rendition of the drink at 9,990 ft. elevation.
•Prepared with ‘Miracle Berries’ – which cause sour foods (such as lemons and limes) to taste sweet

•Resort Redesign: The resort is pleased to announce a major property redesign, which will be completed in time for the start of the 2013/2014 ski season. The $4 million dollar renovation will bring a fresh, mountain contemporary look to the hotel’s 190 guest rooms, with an additional $2 million dollar renovation to the resort’s meeting space. The redesign will incorporate the look and feel of the majestic Colorado Rockies in a modern and exciting way.

New Culinary Offerings:

•Après Getaway (S’Mores Nanny): For parents looking for an après getaway, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek has the perfect solution. For just $30, the resort’s “S’Mores Nanny” will help young guests enjoy Park Hyatt Beaver Creek’s signature S’Mores Happy Hour (4-5pm) and various activities while parents enjoy a little free time to sip a cocktail in 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill or hit Allegria Spa for a little TLC. •Gourmet Après – For foodies hitting the slope this winter, Executive Chef Christian Apetz and the 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill team have prepared the ultimate gourmet après. Guests will be able to book a post-ski, chef’s table experience for their group of 8-10. The private après will begin with a variety of small bites and a Colorado-inspired, handmade cocktail lesson with a resort mixologist. Drinks are followed by a five-course dinner with wine pairings in a private dining area in 8100.
•Sweet Suites: Families looking to top off their ski vacations with a little something extra will enjoy the indulgent offerings in Park Hyatt Beaver Creek’s “Sweet Suites.” Guests will be greeted with a homemade ice cream machine and jars of toppings at turndown during the first evening, and additional “sweets” will be hand-delivered each additional night of a stay.
