The whitewashed farmhouse-hotel stands on an olive oil estate in the countryside of Ostuni, only a few minutes by car from the seaside.
The guest rooms are built in the nineteenth-century part of the Masseria, furnished with care and with antique furnishings. In the kitchen they all put themselves out so that one can have the opportunity of tasting the specialities of this generous land.
Besides our B&B we also have a farm and being surrounded by centuries-old olive trees we produce, excellent virgin oils DOP and of single-cultivation. Following old recipes we have also started to produce an extraordinary unique liquor, the Rosolio of olives.
Most of the estate is already a Bio farm. Our daughter Serenella is in charge of the bio cultivation of the centuries-old olive trees.
And now goods news for the environment, the quality of our products, for us and for our guests: starting from 2004 we have decided to convert totally to bio cultivation. The change is underway and we are particularly proud of this.
Here are some of the most interesting novelties: the splendid golf course at San Domenico which is 15 km from the Frantoio and the opportunity of renting a boat with the skipper in order to discover the wonders of our sea.
