Villa Le Rose is a Medici villa commissioned by the Marchese Niccolò Antinori in the 15th century.
It remained in the Antinori's possession until the beginning of the last century, when the family sold the property. In the 1980's, Leonardo and Beatrice Ferragamo bought the villa it and made it their home. The owners' affection for the Villa motivated them to carry out a restoration project which was completed in 2003. During the course of the refurbishment, the villa was fitted with all the modern comforts and practicalities while maintaining and enhancing its historical features.
