Michelin-starred, four-hands dinner in Tuscany's Porto Ercole
The flavors of the Mediterranean Sea and of the award-winning Tuscan cuisine will explode at Dama Dama Restaurant on 9 August 2016. The design restaurant near fashionable Porto Ercole will host a four-hands dinner with its own Executive Chef Mario Cimino, and Guest Chef Gaetano Trovato of Ristorante Arnolfo.

The experience of the Michelin-starred Chef and the mastery of Cimino will lead guests through a gastronomic journey of excellence.

Originally from Calabria, Mario Cimino defines himself as an extroverted, eclectic and innovative Chef, who does not forget about the origins of the healthy Mediterranean cuisine: “My cuisine is about simplicity and passion at the same time… Cuisine must astonish you with simplicity! I propose high-level Mediterranean Cuisine with refined quality, following new tendencies and innovations that often work perfectly with tradition. The objective of my passion in the kitchen is to create “culinary works of art” capable of surprising those who taste with their mind and their senses.”

Gaetano Trovato is the chef and owner of Arnolfo Restaurant. In 1986, he was awarded the first of two Michelin stars. He has also received other prestigious awards, including 3 Luigi Veronelli stars, Gambero Rosso Emerging Chef and three forks in the Gambero Rosso guide.

Dama Dama Restaurant is part of the luxury Argentario Golf Resort & Spa. The restaurant is an ironic and contemporary vision of an elegant mountain retreat, with designer hunting trophies and the natural fabrics, where guests can dine in a cozy boudoir or by candlelight. It also features a panoramic terrace overlooking the green landscape of the Argentario Promontory in southern Tuscany, an area also known as Maremma.
