Though its new partnership with leading Australian nutritionist Jessica Sepel, who has curated unique menus and experiences for guests, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island supports a culture of mindfulness in food and drink that caters to today’s most popular health and wellness trends.

Guests can take part in the below experiences by booking a reservation through their island host, a resort butler who handles every want and need that a guest may have.

Mandhoo Cooking Class

Set on stilts in the lagoon, The Mandhoo Spa Restaurant is an award-winning, open-air and over-water restaurant that is the best kept dining secret on the island.  The Mandhoo Restaurant teamed up with Jessica to create a menu that is balanced with nutrient rich ingredients and whole foods to promote overall well-being.  Guests can take part in a cooking class led by one of the four Mandhoo chefs and prepare one main dish as well and a dessert. Guests can choose what dishes will be created based on the restaurants nourishing menu. (Price per person: $145.00 + tax)

Rangali Bar Pop-up & Mixology Class

The Rangali Bar has launched a pop-up cocktail and bar bite menu that is a mixture of vitality and tranquility and is crafted by experts and internationally trained mixologists who have collaborated with Jessica. The menu is a mixture of vitality and tranquility, inspired by today’s desire to travel well and stay fit. Additionally, guests can participate in a mixology class with the use of the resort’s hydroponic garden and the finest organic ingredients imported from around the globe. The team designed a selection of invigorating tonics and elixirs that are based on natural sweeteners, herbs, fresh fruits and florals designed for the enlightened drinker.  (Price per person: $50.00 + tax)
