Chef Sanz Kabuki restaurants are considered among some of the best Japanese restaurants in Europe. From October 13 - 19 guests and visitors alike can enjoy Chef Sanz signature dishes during a week long Kabuki pop-up hosted at Hotel Arts sophisticated Frank's Bar.

Chef Sanz is famous for his clever fusion of traditional Japanese influences and modern Western culinary techniques, as well as for his carefully sourced ingredients. His cuisine reflects a real passion for sushi, sashimi and nigiri that he developed while working along Japanese chefs, where he also learned to master traditional Japanese knife skills.

Paying tribute to Japanese techniques, the Kabuki pop-up menu at Frank's Bar will include sushis, sashimis and exotic salads, to be enjoyed in the chic ambience of Frank's Bar, converted for the occasion into a gourmet sushi counter. Chef Antonio Saez, who was recently appointed as Hotel Arts new Executive Chef, will oversee the successful launch of the Kabuki pop-up. In order to make sure everything goes smoothly, he is working with Kabuki's regular suppliers as well as developing a cross-training program for both kitchen teams to ensure guests at Frank's Bar can enjoy the essence of Kabuki in Barcelona.

Kabuki's impressive collection of sakes will also be available and will be expertly paired with dishes by Juancho Asenjo, Kabuki's resident sake wine consultant. In addition to the exceptional assortment of sakes, guests can also try Kabuki's delicious Asian cocktails created by Kabuki and Frank's Bar creative bartenders.

An authentic, first ever Kabuki experience in Barcelona awaits guests and visitors alike at Hotel Arts Barcelona during one special week this October. The Kabuki pop-up at Frank's Bar is available to guests and visitors on a daily basis from October 13 – 19th from 7pm to 2am.
