The St. Regis Mexico City Celebrates Exquisite Dining with World-Renowned Chefs at La Table Krug

The St. Regis Mexico City and Maison Krug continue the 2022 season of La Table Krug with Resident Chef Diego Niño welcoming prestigious Chef Gaby Ruiz and Chef Jonatan Gómez Luna, largely considered some of Mexico’s most celebrated culinary talent.

Travelers looking for a disticitive culinary experience can look no further than La Table Krug, considered one of the most intimate dining venues in Mexico. Each year, Maison Krug chooses an ingredient that chefs around the world use to pair with its latest edition and thus La Table Krug, with its exceptional champagne, will maintain the tradition and challenge chefs to create their dishes around rice, 2022’s signature ingredient.

At the start of this year, Chef Diego Niño put together a special menu for La Table Krug that is available all year long for travelers staying at The St. Regis Mexico City or visiting the hotel. He is recognized for his avant-garde proposals that revolutionize contemporary Mexican food and his dishes are the perfect expression of his playful, daring, spontaneous with a risk-taking personality. The venue’s dining series continued with a dinner curated by Chef Jonathan Gómez on September 8, 2022. Chef Gómez’s restaurant, Le Chique, is ranked among “LATAM’s 50 Best Restaurants” by the prestigious World 50 Best and is celebrated for being apart of a new generation of Mexican chefs who celebrates Mexican cuisine with an innovative twist.

The upcoming dinner with Chef Gaby Ruiz will take place on October 5, 2022, at La Table Krug. Chef Ruiz was recognized as the "Chef of the Year" (2019) by a council of 60 personalities from the world of gastronomy in the Gastronomic Guide Mexico, as well as for use of synesthesia in her cooking, creating a culinary journey in which the flavors, textures, smells, and sounds take center stage.
