Twist by Pierre Gagnaire is the only restaurant in the U.S. where guests can experience the cuisine of the three-star Michelin chef.

During his visit, Chef Gagnaire will celebrate new additions to the spring menu, featuring the freshest ingredients of the season. Special menu highlights include Californian Mishima Waygu Beef and Aiguillettes of Maine Lobster served with a ragout of ginger, mango, banana and green-apple brunoise. The three-course menu pricing is $105 per person, with an additional $70 per person for special wine pairings. The six-course menu pricing is $189 per person; wine pairing is an additional $106 per person or an additional $161 per person for a grand wine pairing.

Recently honored with the Forbes Five Star award, the dinner-only restaurant boasts elegant design and imaginative menus including seasonal à la carte offerings. Those guests not able to dine during Chef Gagnaire's visit to Las Vegas will be able to sample the spring menu through May.
